5/9/20 today was the best day ever. i’ve been saying that my day keep better and better and they are LITERALLY getting better and better everyday. it was a day of true bonding. i ate some really good turkey chops & rice.

5/8/20 today did not start as good as the past two. didn’t get a chance to workout today and i did so much back n forth with my best friend, so that drained about all my energy. we ended off good so that’s what’s most important and got out some problems. it’s all good though.Continue reading “the most incredible day”
